KYIV, April 24 – Foreign diplomats and business leaders has called on Ukraine to quickly hold a meeting of the coordination council for the introduction of the new power market at the Cabinet of Ministers to ensure the timely launch of the new model of the market from July 1.

Head of the EU delegation to Ukraine Hugues Mingarelli, Director of the European Energy Community Yanez Kopacz, Head of the European investment Bank (EIB) Resident Representation for Ukraine Jean-Erik de Zagon, Managing Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Eastern Europe and Caucasus Matteo Patrone, USAID Mission Director to Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova Susan Fritz wrote the respective letter to Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman, Chairman of the parliamentary committee for energy complex, nuclear policy and nuclear safety Oleksandr Dombrovsky, Deputy Prime Minister Volodymyr Kistion, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Ihor Nasalyk, Finance Minister Oksana Markarova, Chairperson of the National Commission for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation (NCER) Oksana Kryvenko.
