KYIV, April 23 – Ukrainian importers would be able to change the sources of oil and fuel supplies without serious problems, if Belarus provides on time the details on the situation around the quality of oil imported to the country, the scale of damage caused to Mozyr Oil Refinery and the time needed for their removal.
Director of A-95 consulting company Serhiy Kuyun gave his comments to Interfax-Ukraine, adding that until the scale of the force majeure circumstances over low-quality oil from the Russian Federation is known, players of the Ukrainian market would not be able to make decisions regarding the necessity of reorienting to other sources of oil and fuel deliveries.
