KYIV, April 22 – Ukraine must immediately submit a bill to create strategic reserves of oil and petroleum products after Russia’s threats to ban supplies, a lawmaker said Monday.

The reserves are also required as Ukraine has undertaken commitment after signing association agreement with the EU, Olha Belkova, the deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada committee on the fuel and energy complex, nuclear policy and nuclear safety, said.
