KIEV, July 20 - Ukraine??™s National Committee for Power Regulation (NCPR), the government??™s energy sector regulating body, at a meeting on Thursday increased average power prices for households by 25% starting September 1, the NCPR reported.

The move, the second price hike over the past three months, reflects a 90% increase in natural gas prices that has been imposed by Russian gas monopoly Gazprom on January 1.
