KYIV, April 5 – President Petro Poroshenko has instructed the Cabinet of Ministers in the shortest possible time to submit to Parliament a draft law on the design and construction of power units Nos. 3 and 4 at Khmelnytsky nuclear power plant (NPP).

Corresponding presidential decree No. 104/2019 of April 4 on measures to support the development of nuclear energy and improve safety in the use of nuclear energy was posted on the website of the presidential administration.
