KYIV, March 28 – The project to revitalize the industrial territory of the Rybalsky peninsula, which City One Development (Kyiv) presented from Ukraine and Kyiv at the international exhibition MIPIM in Cannes (France) in March, caused a high interest of international investors.

City One Development, which is a partner of TAS Group in the Lipki Island project, told Interfax-Ukraine the company presented its own vision of creating a modern urban space at the largest real estate exhibition. The cost of investment in the project is estimated at $600 million.
