KYIV, March 26 – At least 17 presidential candidates have been found to have ‘irregularities’ in their financial papers submitted to the central election commission, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) reported.

The most frequent irregularities were a tax debt of persons who made contributions and not accurately disclosed data, NACR reported.
