KYIV, March 25 – Comedian Volodymyr Zelensky, the front-runner in upcoming presidential election, said he will improve investment climate by restarting the judicial system and restoring confidence in the state. He said he would offer a "zero declaration" and "tax amnesty" for business.
"The country's economy should start working. We need to open up the opportunity for people to invest. This is a restart of the judicial system. Because everyone is afraid to invest capital here, they no longer trust anyone. They do not trust the courts, they don't trust the guarantor," he said during an interview aired by the ICTV channel.
