KYIV, March 21 – The Cabinet of Ministers has published resolution No. 224 dated February 20, 2019 on the approval of the updated methods for appraising property, according to which the conclusion on the value of a facility targeted for privatization is effective for 18 months after the date of the appraisal, while earlier the validity period was 12 months.

"The validity period of a conclusion on the value of a state-owned (municipal) facility targeted for privatization, drawn up for the purposes of privatization and approved prior to the entry into force of this methodology, is subject to extension, taking into account the deadlines determined by this methodology, by issuing a corresponding order," the government said in the document.
