KYIV, March 12 – President Petro Poroshenko has identified the main areas of work of the newly appointed National Security and Defense Council Deputy Secretary Serhiy Kryvonos, in particular, instructed to be decisive in fighting corruption in the defense-industrial complex.

"Today, I have decided to sign a decree appointing Colonel Serhiy Kryvonos to the post of NSDC Deputy Secretary. The public really is waiting for this appointment today. Your very important characteristic is absolute intolerance to corruption. And this is my presidential instruction - zero tolerance to corruption. We should resolutely protect the army, protect the defense complex from any attacks or mistrust," the president said at a meeting with Kryvonos.
