KYIV, March 11 – Deputy Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko has said that the issue of legalization of medical cannabis requires substantial debate at all levels.

"I do not rule out that a common discussion should be held, including with the involvement of law enforcement agencies to allow them to present their views and then make the final decision. I would stress that the substantial discussion at all levels should be held," he said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.

Rozenko said that this issue lies solely in the plane of discussion, which should be conducted, first of all, by experts.
