KYIV, March 5 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny plans to file a complaint to the European Commission against Russia's Gazprom for conducting the anticompetitive policy, Naftogaz COO Yuriy Vitrenko said.

Naftogaz believes that the rule of law dominates in Europe, that there is effective judicial system there and the company's victories in the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce confirmed it. The company plans to follow this example and pay attention of the European Commission to the deplorable and illegal practice of Gazprom, he said in Brussels during the discussion entitled "The Future of Ukraine's Gas Transit Route and European Energy Security" on Tuesday.
