KYIV, March 4 – The development company Von der Heyden Group (Valletta, Malta) is entering the Ukrainian market and plans to invest $50-100 million in projects for the construction of hotels and offices in Kyiv and Lviv in the next three years.

"Von der Heyden Group, known for creating iconic office buildings and A class hotels, plans to invest $50-100 million in Kyiv and Lviv over the next three years after the due diligence of various assets is completed. The group with an extensive experience as a pioneer in new markets will invest its own funds, as well as the money of third parties," the company’s press service said.
