KYIV, Feb 28 – Former Deputy Prime Minister and wealthy businessman Sergiy Tigipko plans to build residential complex, large shopping and office center on the territory of the Kuznya on Rybalsky Shipbuilding Plant in Kyiv.

"We are planning to start a large-scale construction project in the near future. Most likely, it will be a residential area – with schools, kindergartens, commercial real estate. As for the site of 9 hectares near the railway station, we are planning to build a large shopping and office center," Tigipko said in an interview with the Novoye Vremia magazine.
