KIEV, July 14 - XXI Century, a major Kiev developer, is to start building a chain of hypermarkets of 40,000 square meters in size each in the regions after launching a trade center in Lviv in 2008.

Oleksandr Ovchar, director of the trade real estate department at XXI Century, said trade centers in the regions will earn profits similar to trade centers in operating in the capital of Kiev.
