KIEV, July 13 - Ukraine's State Tax Administration lashed out at companies in the ferrous metal scrap and waste business for evading taxes, and said it plans to make this market more transparent.

The results of a study of the scrap market were presented at a meeting chaired by Tax Administration chief Oleksandr Kireyev, the administration said in a press release.
