KYIV, Jan 25 - Oil production in Ukraine in 2018 increased by 5.3% on the year to 1.511 million metric tons.

The Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry said gas condensate production during this period increased by 1.2% (by 7,300 tons), to 639,000 tons.

Last year, Naftogaz Ukrayiny's enterprises increased oil production by 4.9% (by 68,900 tons), to 1.473 million tons, but reduced gas condensate output by 5% (by 22,200 tons), to 422,000 tons.
