KYIV, Jan 10 – DTEK Energy's coal mines boosted production of thermal coal by 5.3%, or by 1.217 million tons, in 2018 from 2017, to 24.132 million tons.

The share of DTEK in the country's total coal production (33.3 million tons) over the past year was 72.4%, the company said in a press release.
