KYIV, Dec 21 – Zaporizhia Ferroalloy Plant (ZFP) could halt from January 1, 2019 over the absence of the approval of the power supply contract by state-owned enterprise (SOE) Energomarket.
The plant said in an official report on Thursday that due to "clumsiness of officials of SOE Energomarket there is a risk of halt of the ZFP.
"As of December 19, 2018, due to the lack of coordination of copies of electricity purchase and sale contracts by SOE Energomarket, PJSC ZPF cannot conclude a contract on its purchase from January 1, 2019. This puts operation of our enterprise at risk," ZFP said in the statement.
