KIEV, July 10 ??“ Ukraine??™s major steel pipe producer on Monday pledged to tap markets in the Middle East to compensate the loss of business in the European Union following anti-dumping investigation and duties imposed.

Nyzhniodniprovsky Pipe Rolling Works, a division of the Interpipe group, is considering shipping pipes to markets in the Middle East if its exports to the European Union decrease.
