MOSCOW, July 7 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny and Gazprom see no need to revise contracts on the cost of natural gas purchases from Turkmenistan in 2006, Fuel and Energy Minister Ivan Plachkov said.

The comment shows that Ukraine and Russia, the two biggest importers of Turkmen gas, have been seeking to have a joint position to put pressure on Turkmenistan to prevent a major price hike.
