KYIV, Nov 28 – Representatives of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine were denied access to papers of national joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrayiny with the purpose of inspecting them, Head of the Accounting Chamber Valeriy Patskan said at a government meeting, asking Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman to react to the situation.

"The Accounting Chamber began the audit of Naftogaz. We were not allowed to inspect. Although, according to Article 8 of the law on the Accounting Chamber, all members of the Accounting Chamber should have access to all the databases created at the expense of the national budget," he said.
