KYIV, Nov 28 - Passenger traffic on Ukrainian destinations is not sufficiently developed for the simultaneous operation of more than two low cost and hybrid airlines, former head of the State Aviation Service of Ukraine Denys Antoniuk said.
"The entry of low cost airlines is definitely a positive development from the point of view of development of both the Ukrainian aviation industry and inbound tourism. It is another thing that new players in the market mainly enter existing routes and there are not enough passengers on most routes to/from Ukraine if you do not take serious measures to generate new passenger traffic," he said.
