KYIV, Nov 28 - Ukrzaliznytsia plans to raise freight traffic rates from February 1, 2019 by 16.6%, Acting Chairman of the Board of Ukrzaliznytsia Yevhen Kravtsov has said during the Infrastructure Day of the European Business Association (EBA).

"Tariffs will be raised automatically and, moreover, not once a year but quarterly. On the one hand, this gives Ukrzaliznytsia predictability about what funds we will receive in the long term.
