MOSCOW, Nov 27 - Moscow has not recognized the affirmative international arbitration ruling on a lawsuit filed by Ukraine's Oschadbank claiming $1.3 billion in compensation for losses in connection with investments lost in Crimea, Russia's Justice Ministry said.
"The Russian Federation does not recognize the decision of the international arbitration panel under the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague issued on November 26, 2018, because the arbitration panel does not have jurisdiction to consider the lawsuit of PJSC State Savings Bank of Ukraine [Oschadbank] against the RF," the ministry said in a statement received Tuesday in response to a question from Interfax.
