KYIV, Nov 26 – At present almost 47% of works under engineering projects for Ukrainian-Russian border management have been completed, Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov has said.

The communications department of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine reported that Avakov gave the information during inspection of the border section in Kharkiv region.
