KYIV, Nov 21 - The panel of judges of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine has left without consideration the complaint of Gazprom against the decision of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC) about imposing a fine on the company in the amount of UAH 172 billion for abusing the monopoly position in the Ukrainian gas transit market.
The relevant ruling of the Supreme Court dated November 14 was posted in the Single Court Rulings Register.
"To dismiss the cassation appeal of Gazprom, while remain the decision of the Kyiv Economic Court dated June 19, 2018 and the ruling of the Kyiv Economic Court of Appeals dated August 30, 2018 in case No. 910/18299/16 unchanged," the resolution says.
