KYIV, Nov 1 – Ukraine and Qatar have completed all the formalities for a start of a full-fledged visa-free regime on November 2, 2018, Interior Minister of Ukraine Arsen Avakov has said.

The simplification of the visa-free regime was discussed at the meeting between Avakov and Qatar Prime Minister Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani in Doha, the press service of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine said on Wednesday.
