KYIV, Oct 31 – The deficit of Ukraine's balance of payments in September 2018 was $582 million, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has said.

According to the NBU, the deficit of the current account of the balance of payments expanded to $1.7 billion in September amid the worsening of export dynamics and significant planned payments for servicing public debt.

In January-September, the current account deficit increased to $3.9 billion compared with $1.5 billion in the corresponding period last year.
