KYIV, Oct 31 – The second auction to sell assets of Mykolaiv Shipyard Okean is scheduled for December 3.

The official announcement to sell Okean shipyard in line with the law on restoring solvency of a debtor or declaring it bankrupt was posted on websites of the Justice Ministry and the Higher Business Court of Ukraine on Tuesday.

According to the announcement, the starting price of the lot is UAH 1.164 billion.
