KYIV, Oct 30 - Ukraine in January-August 2018 imported 6.781 billion cubic meters (bcm) of natural gas worth $1.932 billion, including 1.481 bcm worth $435.234 million in August 2018, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine has said.

Thus, the average price of gas imported by the country in August 2018 was $293.90 per 1,000 cubic meters against $309.10 in July, $267.40 in June, $263.50 in May, $310.80 in April, $278.70 in March, $261.10 in February, and $279.40 in January.
