KIEV, July 3 - Energy and Fuel Minister Ivan Plachkov will lead a Ukrainian government team for talks with Russia later this week over natural gas supplies and prices, officials said Monday.

The talks come less than a week after Ukraine and Turkmenistan have failed to agree on gas prices in the second half of the year, leaving the country with looming gas shortages.
