KYIV, Oct 24 - The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at its meeting on October 24 approved the issue of five-year eurobonds in the amount of up to $1 billion for Naftogaz Ukrayiny.

The co-organizers of the issue will be Citigroup Global Markets Limited (the UK) and the London branch of Deutsche Bank AG. The issue will be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.

Condor Finance PLC company has been established for the issue, which will use the funds raised from the issue for a loan to Naftogaz.
