KYIV, Oct 24 - I&U Group agricultural holding (formerly Agrospetsservis) will build a 6 MW biogas plant worth EUR15 million in Kirovohrad region raising an EBRD loan of EUR13 million, the press service of the EBRD has reported.

"The financing package will consist of a EUR13 million loan from the EBRD and a EUR2 million concessional loan from the Clean Technology Fund (CTF) designed to support renewable energy and technology aimed at reducing carbon intensity. This will be the first project supported under the Ukraine Agribusiness Waste Residues Window, funded by the CTF," a report on the EBRD's website reads.
