KYIV, Oct 23 – The Interagency Commission for International Trade in most cases makes decisions in antidumping investigations in favor of a national manufacturer, Director of the Trade Protection Department of the Economic Development and Trade Ministry Natalia Sydoruk said.
"We are not supporters to initiate an investigation for the sake of the investigation itself. We fully analyze the situation to determine whether there are really grounds for imposing restrictions on imports. If they do exist, then we initiate an investigation. Therefore, about 90-95% of the decisions of the Interagency Commission for International Trade are made in favor of the national producer," she said.
