KIEV, July 3 ??“ UkrGaz-Energo, a Ukrainian gas distributor, supplies gas directly to some 200 big companies consuming, while 40,000 smaller companies are getting gas supplies through small gas traders, an industry source said.

UkrGaz-Energo, which is 50-50 owned by RosUkrEnergo, a gas supplier controlled by Gazprom, and Naftogaz Ukrayiny, the national oil and gas company, sell gas directly to companies consuming more than 5 million cubic meters of gas annually.
