KYIV, Oct 22 – Ukraine relies on cooperation with international financial institutions in order to be able to repay its debts, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said Monday.
"We have been working with the world's financial markets to pay off loans that had been laid upon us by previous governments over the period from 2005 to 2013. Nowadays we annually pay off $5 billion as interests on the debts [taken during that period]," Groysman said in a report released by the government.
