KYIV, Oct 1 – Swiss-based responsAbility Participations AG asset management company (Zurich) has acquired more than 40% of shares of PJSC Bank Lviv, the bank said on the website.

"A Swiss-based shareholder, responsAbility Participations AG, has registered the acquisition of a stake in Bank Lviv in the amount of more than 40%, and the controlling stake is owned by the existing Icelandic investor Margeir Petursson," the bank said.
