KYIV, Sept 5 – Ukraine expressed concerns over an unknown chemical substance that had apparently leaked from an industrial facility in Crimea that may be poisonous to the environment, officials said Wednesday.

Ismail Khalikov, Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights of Residents of Crimea and Sevastopol, said the leak of the chemical substance has been reported in the north of Crimea in the early hours of August 24.
