KYIV, Aug 22 - The United States is interested in building up cooperation with Ukraine in the aerospace sector, the plans of the American side include, among other things, investments in the joint creation of aircraft in Ukraine, Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States Valeriy Chaly has said.

"There are opportunities for development of cooperation in the aircraft industry," he said at a press conference in Kyiv, assessing the current content and prospects of bilateral Ukrainian-American cooperation in the aerospace sector in a new geopolitical situation.
