KYIV, Aug 22 - The National Commission for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation (NCER) has opposed increasing the installed capacity of solar and wind power plants installed by households, according to the proposals of the regulator to the draft law on feed-in tariffs.
"If the installed capacity of household generating sets raises, taking into account the average electricity consumption by private households, the uncontrolled production of electricity will grow without the need for its use," the NCER believes.
