KYIV, Aug 20 - Maksym Yefimov, a lawmakers from the Petro Poroshenko group in Parliament, plans to close the deal within six months to buy a controlling stake in energy generating company Donbasenergo, which has been previously owned by former President Viktor Yanukovych.

"Guessing the time doesn't make sense. According to the developed road map, [it will happen] "within half a year," he said in an interview with the Ekonomichna Pravda business news portal.
