KYIV, Aug 15 - The Kyivstar mobile communications operator, together with the National Police of Ukraine, will extend the joint social project "Search for Missing Children" to three new regions: Kyiv, Kharkiv, Poltava regions, the company said in a statement.

The service operates on the basis of SMS messages that help law enforcement agencies to use the capability of Kyivstar's mobile network for quick notification about missing children, it said.
