KYIV, July 30 - The share of vacant premises in the office market of Kyiv in April-June 2018 reduced by 0.6 percentage points and amounted to 10%, which is a minimum for 10 years, the press service of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) consulting company in Ukraine has reported.
"The decrease in the indicator in the last quarter was due to the dynamics in the B class: in April-June the vacancy rate in it decreased by 1 percentage point (from 11.1% to 10.1%), while in the A class segment there was a slight increase in vacant areas - by 0.2 percentage points (from 9.1% to 9.3%)," JLL said.
