KYIV, July 23 - More than 50% of the road construction targets planned for 2018 have already been fulfilled or are in the final stages, and in September the government expects a full assessment of the situation in the industry in all regions, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said.

According to a report released by the information and communication department of the secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers on Sunday, July 22, Groysman said at a government meeting on road construction and road development that construction is "in full swing" under favorable market conditions.
