KYIV, July 20 - Ukraine's Ministry of Economic Development and Trade suggested the Cabinet of Ministers be entrusted with pursuing state policy in the sphere of critical infrastructure protection.

The relevant provision contains a bill on critical infrastructure, promulgated on Friday on the ministry's website.

The bill also defines the concept of technological information: "It is data that is processed (received, transmitted, stored) in systems controlling technological processes of facilities of critical infrastructure." In this case, if the draft law is adopted, technical data will refer to information with a limited access.
