KYIV, July 17 – Ukraine's Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin says Russia's attempts to reach an agreement with Kyiv through an out-of-court settlement on the cases where the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce has already granted its awards will not succeed.

"Russia's attempt to reach an agreement through an out-of-court settlement on the cases where the Stockholm tribunal has already granted awards will not succeed," he wrote on Twitter on Tuesday evening. "We need to follow generally accepted legal norms and international law."
