KYIV, July 13 – The Energy Community, the European Commission, and the World Bank consider temporary transfer of MGU natural gas pipelines assets into Naftogaz Ukrainy unacceptable.

This common position was expressed in a letter to Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman dated June 19.

"In particular, rebundling of MGU with Naftogaz would be against progress of unbundling made so far, not in line with 2015 Gas Market Law and aberration from commitments under the EU acquis," reads the letter.
