KYIV, July 11 - Ukraine saw a 0.9% rise in imports of aluminum ore and concentrate (bauxites) in natural terms in January-June 2018 year-on-year, to 2.298 million tons.

According to customs statistics made public by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, during this period imports of bauxites in monetary terms decreased by 5%, to $91.946 million.

Imports mainly originated from Guinea (56.34% of supply in monetary terms), Guyana (36.32%), and Brazil (6.55%).
