KYIV, July 9 - Vice-President of the European Commission Maros Sefcovic and Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin discussed in Brussels on Monday the upcoming trilateral talks between Ukraine, Russia and the European Union on the transit of Russian gas through Ukraine.

"We focused on trilateral gas talks with Russia and Ukraine. As time is of the essence, I'm looking forward to starting this process on July 17. Stay tuned!" Sefcovic wrote on his Twitter page following talks with Klimkin in Brussels.
